CALGARY, Alberta, May 02, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Black Diamond Group Limited (“ Black Diamond ” or the “ Company ”) (TSX: BDI) announced the voting results from its annual meeting of shareholders held on May 2, 2023. A total of 35,579,296 common shares, representing approximately 58.58% of Black Diamond’s issued and outstanding common shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.
