CALGARY, Alberta, May 10, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Black Diamond Group Limited (“ Black Diamond ” or the “ Company ”) (TSX: BDI) announced the voting results from its annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on May 9, 2024 (the “ Meeting ”). A total of 40,064,561 common shares, representing approximately 64.71% of Black Diamond’s issued and outstanding common shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the Meeting.
