BRCC - Black Rifle Coffee appoints Chris Mondzelewski as president announces CFO departure

- Black Rifle Coffee ( NYSE: BRCC ) said on Thursday that its chief marketing officer, Chris Mondzelewski, had taken on the newly established role of president.
- Chief financial officer Greg Iverson will step down from his role, effective August 13.
- Mark Weinsten will serve as interim CFO, the company said in a statement .
- BRCC has initiated the search for a permanent CFO.
- Mondzelewski will also assume several responsibilities of chief operating officer Toby Johnson, who will be leaving BRCC.
- The company expects second-quarter revenue of ~$91M.
- BRCC reaffirmed its previously stated 2023 outlook.
