The Muus Project is located in the eastern part of theCaopatina-Desmaraisville segment of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, southof the Chibougamau and Chapais mining camps, more specifically betweenthe Kapunapotagen Fault to the north and Guercheville Fault to thesouth, and the Grenville Front to the east. Gold Mineralization ismostly associated with smokey quartz veins (grey to black) andsulphide minerals in the wall rocks (pyrite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyriteand sphalerite).
