Bluegreen Vacations (NYSE:BVH) board expanded its share repurchase program by authorizing the repurchase of an additional $50M of shares of Class A and Class B common stock. It had approved its earlier repurchase program for up to $40M of its shares. Since the inception of the program, the company has repurchased ~1.2M shares of its Class A common stock and ~19K shares of its Class B common stock for total purchase price of ~$62.7M.
