BOWFF - Boardwalk rent collection rate rises in December occupancy slips
Boardwalk Real Estate Investment Trust's (BOWFF) rental revenue collection improves to 98.5% of December 2020 from 98.05 in November and 98.3% in July.Stabilized portfolio occupancy was 94.9% at Jan. 1, 2021, down from 95.2% at the beginning of December 2020 and 96.9% at the beginning of July 2020."Through the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the seasonally slower winter months, Boardwalk has continued to produce resilient operational results," said Boardwalk REIT Chairman and CEO Sam Kolias.Boardwalk REIT will release Q4 results after the market closed on Feb. 25, 2021.Boardwalk REIT's quarterly rental revenue stays relatively stable in 2020 through Q3:Trapping Value considers Boardwalk REIT undervalued, noting it has a strong tailwind of declining interest rates.
