Body and Mind ( OTCQB:BMMJ ) said on Monday that its unit DEP Nevada had entered into an equity purchase agreement with FarmaceuticalRX.
Under the agreement, DEP will sell BMMJ's Ohio dispensary to FarmaceuticalRX for a total consideration of $8.2M at closing and an additional $2.5M in potential contingent proceeds.
