Boingo Wireless (WIFI) dropped 0.8% and is now trading below the $14/share deal price after indicating late Friday that it has not received any indications of interest during its "go shop" period, according to a regulatory filing.On April 2, Boingo's go shop period expired and the "no-shopperiod stated. As of the day of the proxy statement, the company hadn't received any indications of interest during the no-shop period.Following the public announcement of Boingo's planned sale to Digital Colony last month, Boingo's financial adviser reached out to about 40 parties and Boingo's management team provided expanded data room access to five parties, though no indications of interest were received.The news of no new interest came after at least one report indicated that some holders planned to vote against the deal as they believed the company was worth more.
