Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH), CSSI, DIGITALiBiz, Serco (SECCF) and Scientific Research bag a cumulative $279.8M multiple award, ID/IQ contract with provisions for cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price task/delivery orders.
