BOSC - BOS Reports Financial Results for the Second Quarter of the Year 2023

RISHON LE ZION, Israel, Aug. 22, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BOS Better Online Solutions Ltd. ("BOS" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: BOSC) reported its financial results for the second quarter of the year 2023.

Second Quarter 202 3 Financial Highlights:

  • Revenues for the second quarter of 2023 grew by 9.5% to $11.3 million from $10.3 million in the comparable quarter last year.
  • Operating profit for the second quarter of 2023 increased by 32 % to $ 707 ,000 compared to $ 537 ,000 in the comparable quarter last year.
  • EBITDA for the second quarter of 2023 increased by 32 % to $ 863 ,000 from $ 653 ,000 in the comparable quarter last year.
  • Financial expenses for the second quarter of 2023 decreased to $98,000 compared to $378,000 in the comparable quarter last year. The decrease is attributed to the depreciation of the Israeli NIS as compared to the US dollar by 10.2% in the second quarter of the year 202 2 as compared to a depreciation of 2.3% in the second quarter of the year 202 3 .
  • Net income for the second quarter of 2023 increased by 283 % to $6 09 ,000 or $0.1 1 per basic share compared to $ 159 ,000 or $0.0 3 per basic share in the second quarter of the year 2022 .
