BOC - Boston Omaha files for $500M mixed shelf offering

Boston Omaha (NYSE:BOC) on Monday filed for a $500M mixed shelf offering. The offering will include class A stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants and ~8.3M class A shares offered by selling shareholders. The selling stockholders are the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, 238 Plan Associates (an MIT pension and benefit fund) and a limited partnership associated with MIT. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. BOC stock slipped 1.1% postmarket.
