BWMN - Bowman Consulting gets $15.9M engineering services contract for I-294 widening

Bowman Consulting (NASDAQ:BWMN) said Tuesday it was awarded a $15.9M professional engineering services contract by the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority. The contract is for providing construction management services for roadway widening and reconstruction on the Tri-State Tollway (I-294) between Ogden Avenue and Cermak Road. The projected construction cost is more than $100M. BWMN's portion of the project is expected to begin in fall. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2026.
