BWMN - Bowman Consulting Group acquires Fabre Engineering; terms undisclosed

Bowman Consulting Group Ltd.
Bowman Consulting Group (NASDAQ:BWMN) has acquired Pensacola, Florida-based civil engineering and land surveying services provider, Fabre Engineering. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive and initially contribute ~$1.5M of annualized net service billing. Founded in 1981, Fabre specializes in water, stormwater and wastewater solutions, airports, land use planning for private developers and municipal agencies, and broad-based geomatics and land surveying services.
