BWMN - Bowman increases borrowing capacity under revolving credit facility

Bowman Consulting Group ( NASDAQ: BWMN ) said Thursday it has amended its revolving credit facility with Bank of America to increase the maximum principal amount under the loan from $50 million to $70 million.
The amendment also modifies certain provisions related to interest rate spreads and unused fees, and extends the term to July 31, 2025.
