BOX - Box authorizes $100M buyback

Box ( NYSE: BOX ) stock price is down 8% as the company reports Q2 numbers , the Board of Directors also authorized an expansion of its stock repurchase program by $100M.
The company repurchased 2.2M shares at a weighted average price of $28.55 for a total of $62M.
The company currently has a market cap $4.42B.
