BOXL - Boxlight to effect 1-for-8 reverse stock split

Boxlight ( NASDAQ: BOXL ) said on Tuesday that its board has approved a 1-for-8 reverse stock split of the interactive technology solution provider's class A shares, effective 5:01 PM ET on June 14.
The shares will have a new CUSIP number of 103197208.
The number of class A shares authorized for issuance will reduce from 150M to 18.75M.
