ST - Boyd acquires Sensata's thermal test and controls business

• Innovator of technologies in engineered materials and thermal management, Boyd ( NYSE: BYD ) acquired Sensata’s Thermal Test and Controls Business ( NYSE: ST ).
• Acquired business will operate under the Boyd brand.
• Acquisition of the business is closed, except for in Korea, which is pending customary regulatory approval.
