• BP Midstream Partners was one of the few midstream Master Limited Partnerships to see their distributions in 2020 sustained above their level of 2019.
• This was achieved thanks to their very resilient cash flow performance that leaves their distributions payments adequately covered by free cash flow.
• This appears set to continue during 2021 and thus gives investors a chance to collect a very high 12% distribution yield whilst watching the year pass.
• Their very strong financial position sports low leverage and very strong liquidity, which significantly reduces the risks surrounding this otherwise almost unthinkably large income stream.
• Given this situation, it should be no surprise that my bullish rating has been maintained.
