(TSXV:BQE) (OTC:BTQNF) , a leader in the treatment and management of mine impactedwaters, will host its Annual General and Special Meeting forshareholders as noted below. The Management Information Circularoutlining the meeting resolutions and Director Nominees will be mailedto all shareholders of record as of July 20, 2022.
However, considering ongoingconcerns regarding the spread of COVID-19 , the Company respectfully asks its shareholders to refrainfrom attending the Meeting in person. As such, shareholders canparticipate in the Meeting by proxy or by voting in advance ofthe Meeting using the voting instruction form or the form ofproxy mailed to them with the ManagementInformation Circular.
Shareholders who wish to hear the proceedings of theMeeting without attending in person may join the Meeting by webconferencing via Microsoft Teams using the web link: https://bit.ly/BQEAGM2022 .Shareholders who join the web conference will be able to listen to theproceedings of the Meeting, but will not be able to participate, vote or ask questions, asshareholders joining online will be muted for the duration of theMeeting.
