BRGGF - Bragg Gaming to raise $3M via offering to employees and board members

Bragg Gaming (BRGGF) seeks to raise up to an aggregate of $3M in one or more closings; being offered to exclusively to Bragg employees and Board members.Offering will comprise of up to 2.5M shares at $1.21/share for gross proceeds of up to $3M.Chairman of the board, Richard Carter has committed to subscribe to the offering and all other board members are also anticipated to subscribe to up to $2M worth shares.Certain other senior officers and directors of the company are expected to participate in the offering for the remaining $1M.
