BriaCell Therapeutics (BCTXF) intends to offer 2.8M common units in a underwritten offering at $5/unit; each unit consists of a common share and a warrant to purchase one share.It has an estimated price range of $4.25 and $5.25 per common unit.It is also offering 2.8M pre-funded units, each consisting of a pre-funded warrant to purchase one common share and a warrant to purchase one share.Underwriters granted 45-day option to purchase up to an additional common shares and/or pre-funded warrants, representing 15%.Expects to receive ~$12M in proceeds to be used for advancing clinical trials of Bria-IMT; remainder to be used for Discovery Research and manufacturing costs (~$2.7M) and working capital and general corporate purposes (~$1.7M).
