Brickell Biotech (BBI) down 6.4% premarket on pricing public offering of 20,833,322 common shares or common stock equivalents and investor five-year warrants to purchase 20,833,322 common shares at a combined offering price of $0.72/share, for total gross proceeds of ~$15M.Offering is expected to close on or about October 27.
