Deborah Besemer, the Chairman of Brightcove's (NASDAQ:BCOV) Board of Directors, will retire from the board at the end of her current term at the company's 2022 Annual Meeting. Besemer has served as a member of Brightcove's Board for the past 14 years. The company has elected Diane Hessan as its new Chairman. Hessan has served as a Brightcove board member since 2017 and is currently CEO of Salient Ventures, an investment and advisory company.
