BHF - Brighthouse Financial to repurchase $500M notes in tender offer
Brighthouse Financial (BHF) increases its cash tender offer, wherein the company intends to purchase: (i.) up to $175M principal amount of its 3.7% senior notes due 2027; and (ii.) up to $325M principal amount of its 4.7% senior notes due 2047The holders will receive early tender premium of $50 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.Offer will expire at 11:59 PM ET on Dec. 9, 2020.
