BV - BrightView acquires Idaho commercial landscaping firm

• BrightView ( NYSE: BV ) has acquired commercial landscaping company Syringa Landscape.
• Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
• Based in Boise, Idaho, Syringa Landscape focuses on commercial landscape maintenance, installation, and snow removal.
• "The addition of Syringa Landscape will help to further strengthen our maintenance and development operations in and around Boise – one of the fastest growing markets in the country," said BrightView CEO Andrew Masterman on the acquisition.
