  • Brink's ( NYSE: BCO ) said Tuesday it appointed Kurt McMaken as CFO and EVP, effective Aug. 24.
  • McMaken will succeed Ron Domanico, who will remain at BCO to support the transition.
  • Domanico will continue as president of BCO unit Brink's Capital and lead BCO's recently established sustainability program till his planned retirement in Jun. 2023.
  • McMaken joins BCO from Eaton, an intelligent power management firm, where he most recently served as SVP, operations finance and transformation.
