BKD - Brookdale reports 76.6% month-end occupancy in June

• Brookdale Senior Living ( NYSE: BKD ) reported month-end occupancy of 76.6% in June compared to 76.2% in May.
• The company said it increased sequential weighted average occupancy by 60 bps and month-end occupancy by 40 bps, with growth across each segment.
• June weighted average occupancy stood at 75.2% compared to 74.6% in May.
• The Q2 Y/Y weighted average occupancy increased 410 bps.
• The highest Q2 sequential weighted average occupancy growth in more than ten years.
