BKD - Brookdale Senior Living Nov. month-end occupancy dips slightly from Oct.

• Brookdale Senior Living ( NYSE: BKD ) on Thursday said its consolidated occupancy at the end of Nov. was 78.1%, a slight fall from Oct.
• Shares of the operator of senior living communities earlier closed marginally higher at $3.01.
• "November's weighted average occupancy increased 350 basis points year-over-year," BKD said in a statement .
• Q4-to-date weighted average occupancy increased 70 basis points compared to the full Q3.
• The company said it had now achieved thirteen consecutive months of Y/Y weighted average occupancy growth.
