BKD - Brookdale Senior Living reports 77.1% weighted average occupancy in Q4
- Brookdale Senior Living ( NYSE: BKD ) said Tuesday Q4 weighted average occupancy increased 70 bps from Q3 to 77.1%.
- The retirement home operator's weighted average occupancy grew 340 bps Y/Y to 77% in December, and rose 760 bps since March 2021.
- This was the 14th straight month of Y/Y weighted average occupancy growth.
- Earlier, Brookdale ( BKD ) reported slight dip in November month-end occupancy .
