This is a case study on Brookfield Business Partner’s controlling investment in Teekay Offshore (TOO). In my view, BBU was highly aggressive and abusive towards minority shareholders. The precedent set by these abuses, as detailed below, make Brookfield Business Partners uninvestable due to
