Brooklyn ImmunoTherapeutics ( NASDAQ: BTX ) said on Tuesday that it was changing its name to Eterna Therapeutics Inc. to reflect its focus on developing therapies using its patented in-licensed mRNA cell engineering technologies.
The name change will be effective Monday, October 17.
The company's common stock will trade on the Nasdaq under the new ticker symbol "ERNA".
