  • BRP Group ( NASDAQ: BRP ) said Monday it acquired Michigan-based National Health Plans & Benefits Agency (NHPBA), which provides individual health insurance products.
  • The deal, which adds ~$11.4M of revenue, expands BRP's individual health product offering and expertise.
  • NHPBA will operate within BRP's Guided Solutions unit.
  • Upfront cash payment to NHPBA, which was not disclosed, was reduced by the estimated value of grants to be issued to certain new employees.
  • The acquisition brings BRP's total acquired revenue from deals announced in 2022 to $96M.
