SYNA - Bruker BioSciences set to join S&P MidCap 400 Cars.com NV5 Global will join S&P SmallCap 600

S&P Dow Jones Indices will be making a few changes to the S&P MidCap 400 and S&P SmallCap 600, before market opens, Dec.2. In the S&P MidCap 400, Bruker BioSciences (NASDAQ:BRKR) will replace KAR Auction Services (NYSE:KAR) and KAR Auction Services will replace Meredith in the S&P SmallCap 600; Meredith (NYSE:MDP) is being acquired in a two-step transaction that is expected to be completed on or about Dec.1 In the S&P SmallCap 600, Cars.com (NYSE:CARS) will replace DSP (NASDAQ:DSPG); S&P MidCap 400 constituent Synaptics (NASDAQ:SYNA) is acquiring DSP in a deal expected to be completed on Dec. 2. NV5 Global (NASDAQ:NVEE) will replace Raven Industries (NASDAQ:RAVN) in the S&P SmallCap 600; CNH Industrial is is acquiring Raven Industries in a transaction expected to be completed on Nov.30.
