I have recently covered several Municipal Bond CEFs as their risk-reward profiles looked good, especially when tax rates appear to be going up. BTT is not one of them.
My understanding is any CEF using the verbiage 'Target Term' means most assets held mature near the termination date. Again, BBT is not one of them.
