BUI - BUI: A Decent Buy Here But It Has Risks

• BUI is in correction territory. While plenty of risks still abound, I see these levels as a chance for some opportunistic buying.
• Utilities are set to benefit broadly from more dovish central banks.
• The fund now has a slight discount to NAV, which is much different than the premium valuation the fund had for much of 2021.
• Europe remains a major headwind, so I would caution against getting too overly aggressive if one is not able to withstand some volatility.
