  • BurgerFi International ( NASDAQ: BFI ) on Monday announced that Ian Baines will retire from the role of CEO, effective June 7, 2023.

  • COO John Iannucci will lead the organization on an interim basis, the company said.

  • In lieu of any severance, Baines has agreed to serve as an outside consultant to the company for the next 12-months following his resignation.
