BWXT - BWX Technologies to raise $400M in senior notes offering

BWX Technologies (BWXT) plans to offer up to $400M principal amount of senior notes due 2029 in a private transaction.Net proceeds along with cash on hand or borrowings under its credit facility will be used for redeeming, on or after July 15, all of its outstanding 5.375% senior notes due 2026.Remaining proceeds to be used for repaying in full all indebtedness outstanding under its credit facility, with the remaining net proceeds to be held in cash or invested in short-term interest-bearing accounts, securities or similar investments.
