Byline Bancorp ( NYSE: BY ) to buyback up to 1.25M shares, ~3% of the Company’s outstanding common stock.
The new program will be effective January 1, 2023 and be in effect until December 31, 2023.
Under its existing stock repurchase program expiring on December 31, 2022, the company has purchased 2,139,262 shares of the 2.5M total shares authorized for repurchase.
