Byrna Technologies (BYRN) has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") relating to a proposed public offering of shares with an expected offering size of about $50M.The company, however, highlighted that the offering size, number of shares to be offered and the price have not been determined yet.Byrna intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
