  • Cadiz ( NASDAQ: CDZI ) said Thursday that Susan Kennedy will become full-time CEO of the company, beginning January 1, 2024.

  • Scott Slater, who has served as president and CEO since 2011, will continue as a senior advisor.

  • The company also plans to create two new executive positions in 2024, one focused on development and operation of the Cadiz Water Supply and Storage Project and one focused on scaling its water filtration business, ATEC Water Systems, LLC.
