CDRE - Cadre Holdings prices 4M primary and secondary offering at $23.50/share

Cadre Holdings (NYSE:CDRE) has priced its public offering of total 4M shares that includes, 2.25M of common stock by the company and secondary offering of 1.75M shares of common stock by certain selling stockholders, at a public offering price of $23.50/share. The primary offering was upsized from the previously announced 3.5M shares. Underwriters are granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600K shares. Offering is expected to close on June 14, 2022. Net proceed from the offering will be used to reduce outstanding indebtedness as well as for general corporate purposes. All of the net proceeds from the sale of shares of common stock will be received by the selling stockholders.
