CPE - Callon chair Flury to retire after 2023 annual meeting

Callon Petroleum ( NYSE: CPE ) on Monday said Chairman Richard Flury will retire from the Board of Directors after the 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

The Board has named independent director Matthew Bob as Chair-elect and expects to appoint him as Chairman immediately following the upcoming Annual Meeting.

Bob has served on the Callon Board since 2014 and is currently Chair of the Compensation Committee.

James Trimble will also retire from the Board as director at the upcoming Annual Meeting after nine years at the company.
