Yves Ribeill has been appointed for the new role of executive chair of the board effective immediately.A veteran in the healthcare industry with 35 years of experience Yves Ribeill has served as a member of the Calyxt board since July 2018 with a stint as interim CEO from August 2018 to October 2018.Dr. Ribeill will help guide the CEO search and support the leadership transition, the company said.A former CEO of Bayer CropScience for North America, Jim Blome joined as President & CEO of Calyxt in October 2018.
