Stats Canada released Canadian cannabis sales data for October 2018. That data shows that Canada sold $43 million of cannabis retail during the fifteen days of legalization in October, selling cannabis at a rate of $1.05 billion annualized. On a per capita basis, this reflects annualized sales of $28/capita.
