Canadian Pacific (CP) CEO Keith Creel said he considers Canadian National Railway's (CNI) rival $325/share bid for Kansas City Southern (KSU) as not a real offer. It's not a real deal as far as I'm concerned," Creel said on the company's earning conference call last night. "It's kind of fantasy land."Creel was responding to a question if he would be willing to raise Canadian Pacificic's bid to be closer to Canadian National's offer."
