CNMXF - Canamex Gold to sell Nevada-based Bruner property for $10M

Canamex Gold (CNMXF) said Endeavour Silver Corp. will acquire a 100% interest in the company’s Bruner Gold Property, located in Nye County, Nevada for $10M in cash.As the proposed transaction constitutes the disposition of substantially all of Canamex assets it is holding a special meeting of its shareholders on Aug. 25 to seek approval.The asset purchase agreement includes mineral claims, mining rights, property assets, water rights, and government authorizations and permits.The completion of the proposed transaction is subject to shareholders' approval and customary regulatory approvals.
