Cancer Genetics (CGIX) inks securities purchase agreements with institutional investors to raise ~$17.5M through the issuance of ~2.8M common shares at a price of $6.30/share in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market. Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital and capital expenditures.H.C.
