HITIF - Cannabis retailer High Tide files for up to C$100M base shelf prospectus

High Tide (HITIF), a Canadian retailer of recreational cannabis, has filed for a base shelf prospectus of up to C$100M ($79.6M).The prospectus, which is valid for common shares, warrants, units, subscription receipts, debt securities, convertible securities, or a combination, will be in effect for 25 months.The company plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, capital projects, internal expansion, or for the acquisition of other businesses, assets or securities.High Tide shares are down 2% to $0.59 in morning trading.
