HEXO - Cannabis stocks climbing again on prospects of Biden win

Cannabis stocks continue to rally on the bullish prospects of decriminalization at the federal level.The ETFMG Alternative Harvest ETF ([[MJ]], +3.1%) is adding to gains it saw last week after Kamala Harris said at the Vice Presidential debate that pot would be decriminalized and that records of past convictions would be expunged.MJ is up more than 15% from its lows in early October.Among gainers are top holdings Canopy Growth ([[CGC]], +7.3%), Cronos ([[CRON]], +2.9%), Tilray ([[TLRY]], +3.2%), Hexo ([[HEXO]], +9.3%) and Aphria ([[APHA]], +7.8%).Today, Cantor Fitzgerald said among U.S. multi-state operators relative "to guidance and consensus estimates, and triangulating with the state market data ... we think Green Thumb ([[GTBIF]], +3.5%) is best positioned to beat by a hefty margin".
