CTABF - Canntab seeing significant delays in getting raw materials to temporarily cut workforce

• Canntab Therapeutics ( OTCQB:CTABF ) on Thursday said it would explore several cost-cutting measures including a temporary reduction in its staff for 60 days.
• Other measures will include reducing marketing expenses and other non-essential expenses "until market conditions and supply chain issues improve."
• The developer of cannabinoid-based therapies also said it is experiencing significant delays in getting raw materials due to persistent supply chain woes, adding that it had sufficient inventory levels for now.
• CTABF additionally said that, further to its announcement that it was exploring strategic alternatives including potential merger and acquisition opportunities, it had entered into a number of discussions. The company said it will provide specific details in the future.
